Michelle Chavis is a native of NY and now reside in NC with her children and glam daughter , whom she often refer to as her WHY. Michelle is the President of VLR Book Club. She has encouraged and helped others to fall in love with reading. She is very passionate about helping and pushing people to find their true purpose in life and becoming their very best. Shavonna is Vice President of Victorious Ladies Reading Book Club, a mother of three and a wife of 22 years. She is an avid reader, loves to play bingo and spending time with her family, friends and VLR sisters.

Nichole Page is a Laboratory Scientist with North Carolina State Laboratory of Public Health and Duke University Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Lincoln University in Pennsylvania. She is also a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and the National Conference of Negro Women.
